Protocol 13 Release
 

06/18/2020: Public network vote to upgrade to Protocol 13‍ — Everyone who uses the public network will need to be prepared for that vote to go through. If your software isn't up to date and the network upgrades, your Stellar integration will likely break.

Stellar Core v13.0.0, Horizon 1.3.0, and new versions of the Go, JS, Java, Python, C# .NET, iOS, and Scala Stellar SDKs all support Protocol 13. If you haven't read the preparation guide you should do so now.
